Die Kommunikation war etwas holprig aber ok… Verhandeln war möglich und im Großen Ganzen lief alles gut. ABER: Die Uhr war als „ungetragen und neuwertig“ beschrieben, hatte bei Lieferung aber einen Kratzer direkt auf der Lünette… dieser ist zwar klein, aber sowohl für mich als auch für den die Uhr prüfenden Uhrmacher sofort sichtbar gewesen. Das hätte der Verkäufer im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht angeben müssen! Darauf angesprochen, wollte der Verkäufer aber nichts mehr am Preis machen, hätte die Uhr aber zurückgenommen (Rückversandkosten hätte er übernommen). Ich habe die Uhr letztlich nur behalten, weil der Preis an sich recht gut war und es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelte, sodass ich unter Zeitdruck war.

Unfortunately the watch ordered as brand-new in its Original-Box arrived with a scratch on the stainless steel bracelet. As a consequence the transaction had to be canceled.

Ordered a Breitling on February 12th to be delivered between February 22nd and March 1st. At the end of February LWL wrote me there was a delay, but I would get the watch the following week. I contacted them a couple of times during the following weeks to check for progress - as they did not contact me - they replied slowly but politely. On March 22nd I cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere after one and a half month waiting in vain for the watch. Luckily the other merchant delivered within a week.

Il commerciante ha ammesso l’errore commesso nella spedizione dell’orologio (inviato inopinatamente all’indirizzo di fatturazione) solo dopo 4 sms di surrettizie giustificazioni. Ritengo tale comportamento inammissibile. Lo stesso commerciante ha comunque accettato alla fine di rinunciare alle spese di spedizione rimediando parzialmente all’errore.

The watch is as depicted : new, in perfect condition, boxes and paper as well . What could be improved is the communication and the delivery. The commitment was 10 days, we ended with c.20days. Pro-activé communication on the delivery issues would have been appropriated to re-insure me.
