The dealer is quite flexible and quick to work with. The watch unfortunately was not exactly as advertised (unworn), however as soon as the dealer understood that, we came to a quick and fair agreement. I am satisfied with the end result.

Excellent watch that arrived in the condition it was advertised as. Delivery was incredibly prompt. I asked the dealer if the watch could be delivered on a specific day due to my work commitments and they arranged for this to happen which was a huge help - Thank you. communication was short, sweet and straight to the point (which is perfect for me because I'm flat out and don't want a dragged out process). To summarise i got the watch i wanted in the condition i wanted it in. happy days, i now own my first Rolex

I am not a watch collector This was my first foray into this arena. I do not have any comparisons but feel GMG Watches were responsive and maintained good contact throughout. The watch was as described and faultless upon receipt.
